Embark on an journey into the heart of Peru's Sacred Valley. Set in the embrace of the Peruvian Andes, Aya Odyssey is a transformative adventure fusing yoga, mysticism, plant-medicine and soulful connection.

The setting: Sacred Valley, Peru

Nestled within the Peruvian Andes, the Sacred Valley, or Urubamba Valley, is a tapestry of lush fields, ancient Inca ruins, and meandering rivers, all under the watchful eyes of towering mountains. It was once the Inca Empire's breadbasket, and today, it stands as a living museum, a spiritual sanctuary dotted with sacred 'huacas' and ritual stones. This journey into the heart of mysticism and heritage offers more than a destination; it’s an invitation to connect with a past that pulses with life, to find rhythm, and rediscover oneself.

An expansive adventure into the heart of culture, mysticism, psychedelics and self-love.

Ceremonial Cacao & Sound Healing

The Cacao Ceremony, referred to as ‘food of the Gods’ is an ancient heart opener, as its theobromine is a vasodilator relaxing muscles of the heart and increasing oxygen levels in the blood. This ceremony is accompanied with a sound healing of vibrational instruments from around the world and Andean sound singing.

Ayahuasca Ceremony

Our Ayahuasca ceremony is a deeply spiritual experience, held in the sacred embrace of the Peruvian Sacred Valley. This ancient ritual, rooted in indigenous traditions, offers a profound journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection with the universal energies and the earth. The ceremony is led by experienced master healers, or curanderos, who have been initiated into the healing traditions of the Queros and carry the wisdom of their ancestors.

Ritual: The ceremony begins after sunset, in a space that has been carefully prepared to be welcoming and safe. The curanderos start with protective prayers and icaros (healing songs) to open the sacred space and invite the spirits of the medicine. Participants are then invited to drink the Ayahuasca brew, a concoction made from the Ayahuasca vine and other plants. As the medicine takes effect, the curanderos guide the group through the experience with icaros, musical instruments, and chants, creating an environment where participants can journey inward.

The Journey: The Ayahuasca experience is unique to each individual, often involving profound visions, emotional release, and insights. Participants may encounter personal memories, symbolic imagery, or spiritual entities, offering lessons and healing. The curanderos are present throughout the night, offering support, guidance, and protection to ensure a safe and meaningful experience.

Integration: The ceremony is followed by a period of integration, where participants are given space and support to reflect on their experiences. This is a crucial part of the journey, allowing for the assimilation of insights and transformations encountered during the ceremony. Our retreat includes guided integration sessions in alignment with the most effective principles of psychedelic integration to help participants navigate their post-ceremony journey with grace and understanding.

The Ayahuasca ceremony is a central element of our retreat, offering an opportunity for deep healing, CLEARING OF DEBRIS and the reconnection with the essence of one’s being. It is a journey of transformation, guided by ancient wisdom and the compassionate spirit of the plant medicine.
